Callers

Rick Mohr

Rick Mohr brings 20 years of experience calling dances throughout New England. Rick says “Every roomful of dancers is different, some dancing all their lives and some walking in for the first time. I enjoy pulling out the right dances so the hall really heats up and we become a roomful of friends.”

Adina Gordon

Adina is a caller and contra dancer based in Ashville, NC. She is on the road half of the time, so it is accurate to say that she lives in her car. She teaches dances quickly to maximize dance time. "As a conduit betwen the music and the dancers' feet, my goal is to get you dancing and get out of the way." She has called dances in five time zones, from Maine to Florida to Hawaii.
